Lawn mowing sucks when you haven’t done it for about a month.
I bought Hollywood a new workout journal thing, so now she can track all the weights she does while at the gym. I’ll put it into an excel spreadsheet eventually so she can see purdy graphs of her progress and be all motivated by it. That’s the plan at least.

This weekend I left Pender at home and went to Saint John Friday night to visit my family and friends. He played WOW most of the weekend. I left after work on Friday and met up with the Girls (Erin, Vicki and Allison) for supper at a really nice place D’Amico’s. We dressed up in our fancy clothes just to fit in at the place. After supper Allison went home to change because she didn’t like her dress so she put on mine(btw I was wearing one of her’s that night). Then we went to Tina’s(who can never remember my name) for a porch partah but was really a kitchen party. We had a few drinks there then headed for the 3 Mile and danced the night away. When we got home I was a little thirsty and drunk so I emptied Allison’s Brita. When I tried to fill it back up I noticed the washer was hooked up to the tap. I took it off and filled the brita but I couldn’t get the water to shut off. Being the blonde that I am, my great idea was to just jam the washer hook-up back on the tap. Well that didn’t work. I was soaked. The floor was soaked. The cupboards were soaked. Allison crawled out of bed to my rescue and shut it off for me.
The next day allison had gone to work so I had breakfast with my mum at Cora’s. Then met up with Tracy and her family at the mall and had supper at Ponderosa. After Allison was off work we went out for icecream at the Pumpkin Patch. She also bought alot of beans, peas and corn, I bought a mini blueberry pie for Pender and a strawberry rubarb one for me but he ended up having most of.
One last stop at my mums and then I came home to find Pender still playing WOW.
On sunday I went to work and when I came home Pender had sandwichs made up so we could have supper on the beach. It was sweet but there were lots of bugs so we didn’t play long.

The weekend of June 12th I went to SJ for Brooklyn’s cowgirl theme partah. Here’s some pics from that too. We went to Mexi’s for supper, Rookies for the partah, then ended up at the Mile.
Cyrus (Bernard Robichaud), from Trailer Park Boys fame, was giving Hollywood and me a lesson in golf today! For about 10 mins he was waving his club around explaining how me and this other guy can get rid of our ridiculous slice. You know how he talks in his commanding, authoritative “fuck off, I got work ta do” voice? HE ACTUALLY TALKS LIKE THAT!
Oh yeah, also, me and Hollywood played golf today. We were supposed to play with a friend of Hollywood’s from work and her boyfriend, but after we went to the driving range they got all warm (cause it’s about 33 degrees out) and went to the beach instead. Not us though, after our pep talk with Cyrus we wanted to get right out there!
It was fun, lots of walking in the high heat though, but we started playing by OUR rules, which made it fun. Next time we’ll bring more than 5 balls each though.
